Committee of the Whole is CANCELED; City Council begins at 7 p.m.
The will meet on Monday, July 9 on the seventh floor of City Hall at 7 p.m. The Committee of the Whole meeting has been canceled. The Council had been scheduled to receive an update on the Highlands Library design; however there was no new information to report. The cancellation was announced on Tuesday, July 3.
