The Washington State Patrol is investigating a one-car fatality accident that occurred at the intersection of I-405 and SR-167 early Monday morning.
Just after midnight, troopers responded to a report of a PT Cruiser off the roadway.
Upon arrival, they found an unresponsive 58-year-old man who was seat-belted into the driver’s seat of the car. He was later declared dead at the scene. It’s unknown if alcohol played a part in the incident.
