Renton Viewfinder: City of Renton Pavilion Event Center & Rain City Catering

The and Rain City Catering hosted an official ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday at the City of Renton Pavilion Event Center.

Rain City Catering General Manager Kenneth Rogers and Executive Chef Jeremy Bryant hosted a party for well over 100 people, which including wine, beer, and food. The celebration's buffet-style spread included two types of salad, fresh fruit, roasted potatoes, meatballs, corned beef, salmon and shrimp, among several other savory entree items.

A desert buffet tempted anyone with room left to spare.

Rain City Catering demonstrated the Pavilion's versatility with a slide show of photos projected on the wall, in addition to several different table-setting styles, a mock poker table and a bouncy house for the kids.
