Potbelly Sandwich Shop To Open At The Landing
The new shop is expected to open in the spring of 2013.
More dining options will soon be available at The Landing in Renton.
In addition to gyros, pad thai, sushi, pizza, salads, burgers and burritos, shoppers will soon have access to Potbelly Sandwiches.
Construction has begun and the new sandwich shop is expected to open in the spring of 2013. Hiring is also underway for general managers, according to a post on Monster.com.

Potbelly hails from Chicago, Illinois and humble beginnings. The lunchtime spot operated out of a mom and pop antique store, until current owner Bryant Keil purchased Potbelly Sandwich Works in 1996 and grew the shop from one location to more than 240 shops across the county, according to www.potbelly.com.
