Michele Bettinger spotted a young chihuahua mix running down the center lane on Benson Road Friday around 7:15 p.m.
After coaxing the dog off the busy road, she took him to a veterinarian on Grady way to check for a microchip. Unfortunately he's not chipped and has no tags.
