Hi, I'm Sarah!

My husband Chris and I own a home in Covington, but Renton will always be my "home town".  I was born and raised here, I work here, I shop here, and volunteer here!

I currently work for the Renton School District in the curriculum department, as the assistant to Monica Chandler, the Director of Curriculum and Instruction.  I've worked in this position for 4 years and for the district for 5+ years, and I love my job!

I graduated from Western Washington University in 2006 with a Bachelor's degree in Art History. Someday I may go back to school for a master's in visual culture/museum administration, but I'm pretty happy right now with the way things are! (and 5 years out of college, I am still not ready to start doing homework again!)

I may have graduated from WWU, but I bleed purple and gold.  I love Husky football!  GO DAWGS!!!

My husband Chris and I have been married for 3 years, moved into our house in Covington 1 year ago, and we have a ton of fun together!

Chris and I are both members of First Evangelical Presbyterian Church on Benson between Renton and Kent.  I've been attending there my whole life and Chris for the last 5 years.  It's a great place, you should check it out if you don't already have a home church!
