Starbucks' Treat Receipts Are Back Throughout August

Save your receipt from any drink purchased before 2 p.m. and then come back at 2 for a $2 grande cold beverage.

It's baaaaaaaaaaack.

During the month of August, Starbucks is rolling out its immensely popular Treat Receipt program.

As if you needed another reason to buy a second cup of coffee.

The gist: Buy a drink before 2 p.m., save your stamped receipt and bring it back after 2 p.m. to get any grande (16 oz.) handcrafted cold beverage for a mere $2. Well, plus tax.

It's the perfect program in a state like Washington, where it's cool enough for a hot coffee in the morning and (knock on wood), warm enough for an icy treat in the afternoon.

So bring on the Iced Lattes, the Passion Tea Lemonades and (dare I?!) the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccinos.
