Seahawks To Celebrate Fans For 12 Hours On 12.12.12
Fans are encouraged to follow along all through the various Seattle Seahawks social media communities.
The Seahawks announced Monday a 12-hour promotion on Wednesday, December 12 to celebrate Seahawks fans everywhere. The campaign, conducted through social media, will begin with a ceremonial 12 flag raising at CenturyLink Field.
"Our fans make an extraordinary difference for us on game day," said Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll. "12.12.12 happens only once and this is a great opportunity for us to show how much we appreciate them and their constant support."
Fans are invited to upload an image of how they are celebrating 12.12.12 via Seahawks.com or at Twitter and Instagram using the hashtag #12Day. One lucky contributor to the #12Day gallery will be chosen to win an authentic 2012 Seattle Seahawks Riddell Revolution® Speed Helmet.

9 a.m. Participate in a fan-driven tour of CenturyLink Field via Instagram
10 a.m. Join head coach @PeteCaroll for a Twitter Q&A
11 a.m. Submit some noise and show some love on Tout
12:12 p.m. Tune-in to Seahawks.com for a ceremonial "12" flag raising at VMAC, Virginia Mason Athletic Center. Fans encouraged to upload photos from 12:12 on 12/12/12
1 p.m. Join the live video chat and Reddit Ask Me Anything (AMA) with Seahawks players
2 p.m. Participate in a fan-driven tour of VMAC via Instagram
3 p.m. Learn new facts about a few Seahawks players via Pinterest on the "Q & a Pin"
4 p.m. Join fans for "12" trivia with Seahawks prizes via Twitter
5 p.m. Interact on Twitter for a chance to win a Generation 12 Kids Club membership
6 p.m. Join Chevron and the Sea Gals for the "12th Fan Ticket Giveaway". Four pairs of Seahawks tickets to the December 30 game will be awarded via a digital scavenger hunt on Foursquare
7:12 p.m. Announcement of photo contest winners
