Renton, Lindbergh And Hazen Girls Hoops Win
Hazen's Airashay Rogers scores career high 44 points
The Lindbergh girls basketball team held Evergreen to less then five points a quarter during their 56-15 win Friday night. Emily Graver led all scorers with 19 points. Lindbergh is 4-2 league and 5-4 overall.
The Renton girls basketball team continued with their winning ways Friday night against Foster, winning 77-32. Renton (6-0 league, 7-4 overall)Β had a 42-11 halftime led and had three players in double digits. They were led by Shanease Kenner with 22 points, Taylor Farris with 18 points, and Tia Bryant with 10 points.
Hazen's Airashay Rogers was unstoppable Friday night in their 70-53 win over Tyee. Rogers scored a career high 44 points (her last career high was her junior year against Evergreen scoring 41 points). Teammate Tyra Markey scored 12. Hazen is 4-2 league, 5-5 overall.
