Community Snapshot: Seahawks 42-13 Win, Earn Playoff Berth

The Seahawks have outscored their opponents in the last three games 150-30 and Sunday night's game against the 49ers found the Seahawks up 21-0 leaving many national broadcasters speechless and fumbling over their words from the pre-game show.

Now that the Hawks have earned a berth in the playoffs, their final seed will depend on the results of next Sunday's late games.

According to NFL.com, the Seahawks can win the NFC West Division if the Hawks win Sunday vs St. Louis and the 49ers lose to Arizona. To win a first-round bye and second-round home game, the Hawks must win, and both the 49ers and Green Bay Packers must lose.

If the season were to end today, the Seahawks (5th seed) would travel to the nation's capital to play the Washington Redskins (4th seed). However, with one week left, its possible the Hawks could host a home game in the first round.
