St. Patrick’s Day Dash

The F5 St. Patrick’s Day Dash, in its 28th year, partners with a the Detlef Schrempf Foundation to raise money and awareness for Northwest Children''s Charities. The Detlef Schrempf Foundation is honored to direct net proceeds of the Dash to Seattle Children’s Autism Center and Camp Fire USA, Puget Sound Council, Rise 'n Shine, the Healing Center.

A nearly 4 mile jaunt from Seattle Center to the Aurora Bridge and back to celebrate the arrival of Spring, and the Irish in us all! The F5 St. Patrick's Day Dash is more than just a road race, it's a family tradition that attracts generations of fitness enthusiasts, costumed crazies, and more than 15,000 of your closest Irish friends.
