CVAC Baseball Playoffs Begin Monday

The Cascade Vista Athletic Club’s baseball playoffs in the Bronco and Mustang Divisions get underway Monday.

In the Bronco Division (ages 11-2), the Athletics (9-3-2), the number one seed faces the number four seed Rockies (5-9) at King of Kings Church, 6 p.m. on Monday. The Pirates (7-6-2), the second seed faces the number three seed Braves (6-9) at King of Kings Church, 6 p.m. on Tuesday.

In the Mustang Division (ages 9-10), the Angels (11-4) the number one seed faces the number four seed Reds (3-12) at CVAC Field, 6 p.m. on Monday. The Red Sox (10-4), the number two seed faces the number three seed Braves (5-10) on Tuesday, 6 p.m. at CVAC Field.

The winners in both divisions advance to the championship games on Saturday at 11 a.m., the Bronco championship is at King of Kings Church. The Mustang championship is at CVAC Fields.

The losers in both division advance to the consolation games on Saturday also at 11 a.m.  The Bronco game will be played at Tiffany Park Elementary; while the Mustang game is at Benson Hill Elementary.

Following Saturday’s games, the end of the year party will be held at CVAC Fields beginning at 2:30 p.m. with awards, food and games. This is CVAC’s 50th celebration season and will continue with fall ball. Baseball and softball registration will be open on the club’s website www.cvac.org.
