Kennedy's Charlotte Dittmar advances to finals on beam

UPDATE as of Friday 8 p.m.

Kennedy's Charlotte Dittmar advanced to the finals on the beam Saturday. Dittmar tied for sixth place with a 9.25, she also tied for 17th on the floor (9.4) and 28th overall on the bars (7.45).

Lindbergh's Jenna Louie tied for 50th on the vault (8.150) and for 54th on the bars (6.70). Teammate Makia Williams scored a 7.80 for 86th place.

Hazen's Karli Louie tied for 56th on the floor (8.9). Its unknown what happened to Louie as no score was entered beyond the floor.

Four local gymnasts will compete Friday at the 2A/3A State Gymnastic Championship at the Tacoma Dome Exhibition Hall in Flight B.

Hazen's Karli Louie is the only local gymnast to compete in the all-around. She will start on the floor at 9:40 a.m.. vault at 10:30 a.m.; uneven bars at 11:20 a.m.; and finish on the beam at 12:10 p.m.

Lindbergh's Jenna Louie will compete in the uneven bars at 10:30 a.m. Teammate Makia Williams will compete on the vault at 9:40 a.m..

Kennedy's Charlotte Dittmar who lives in Fairwood area did not qualify for the all-around for the first time in three years., However she will compete in on the uneven bars at 10:30 a.m.; beam at 11:20 a.m.; and floor at 12:10 p.m.

Finalists will be announced at 4:50 p.m. Friday on who will then compete Saturday at 11 a.m.
