Lindbergh XC Boys Win Westside Classic; Aim For State
Hazen and Renton boys and Lindbergh girls also headed to state
All three boys cross country teams along with Lindbergh girls will travel to Pasco Saturday to compete in the state cross country championships at the Sun Willows Golf Course. The Lindbergh boys are the heavy favorites to win a 2A team championship as the team is ranked first in the state 2A coach’s poll.
More runners could qualify from Hazen and Renton girls based on individual allocations. Once those are officially posted we will post them here.
The (Lindbergh/Renton girls race starts at 11 a.m.; Hazen girls race starts at 12:30 p.m.; Lindbergh/Renton boys race is at 1:30 p.m.; and the Hazen boys start at 2 p.m.
