Pot Native Bare-Root Plants at the King County Green House this Saturday

Join Friends of the Cedar River Watershed to plant native bare-root plants at the King County Green House.

Join Friends of the Cedar River Watershed this Saturday, April 13 from 9am-1pm to pot hundreds of native trees and shrubs at the King County Greenhouse and Nursery! These plants will be used in future habitat restoration events throughout the county.

The greenhouse is a great example of reusing and recycling. The potting tables are made from old hot dog carts, jail bunks, and even an Olympic diving board!

This is a great project for volunteers of all ages. Contact Amy at amy@cedarriver.org / 206.297.8141 to sign up today!
