Will You Watch the 2013 Presidential Inauguration?

On Monday, President Barack Obama will start his second term of office. Will you be watching?

On Monday, Jan. 21, President Barack Obama will be sworn in for his second term as president.

Actually, his official swearing in will take place in private the day before, on Jan. 20, as set out in the Constitution. But since Jan. 20 is a Sunday, the inaugural festivities will be delayed by one day, as is traditional, to Jan. 21.

Starting at 8:30 a.m. Pacific time, viewers of the Presidential Inauguration will be treated to all the pomp and circumstance they could want, including a ceremonial swearing in, inaugural address, parade and national anthem sung by Beyonce.
