What's Open, Closed for Presidents Day
Schools are out, and some government offices are closed Monday.
Monday is Presidents Day. Here's a look at what's open and closed for the holiday.
City of Renton: Open; regular City Council meeting is canceled.
King County Library System: closed.

Renton School District is closed: Classes will be out from February 20-24, 2012. Classes resume on Monday, February 27, 2012.
King County government: closed.

King County Metro Transit: Most buses on normal schedule. Click here for details.
King County Transfer Stations: open.
State offices: closed. The Employment Security Department and all WorkSource employment centers will be closed, but you can apply for unemployment benefits online and file a weekly claim online or by phone.
State liquor stores: Most state-run liquor stores will be open 10 a.m.-9 p.m., including 465 Renton Center Way, 14410 SE Petrovitsky Rd., and 3176 NE Sunset Blvd. The liquor store loacted at 4820 NE 4th St. is open from 10 a.m.-8 p.m.
Washington State Ferries: All routes on normal weekday schedule.
Federal government: closed.
Postal service: No delivery.
Waste Management: regular schedule.
