Repairs Begin On Trail Near Zig-Zag Bridge

The City of Renton will be repairing a segment of the north pedestrian trail in Gene Coulon Memorial Beach Park near the wooden, zig-zag overwater bridge.

A City of Renton Parks Department crew will be repairing a segment of the north pedestrian trail in Gene Coulon Memorial Beach Park near the wooden, zig-zag overwater bridge. The repairs have begun and are expected to last through Monday, March 6.

Walkers and joggers will still be able to walk the full length of the park by using the upper trail, parallel to the railroad tracks, during this period. Signs will be posted near the bridge to direct foot traffic around the repairs.
