Committee of the Whole begins at 5 p.m.; City Council begins at 7 p.m.
The will meet on Monday, July 16 on the seventh floor of City Hall at 7 p.m. The Committee of the Whole meeting will review the City's Business Plan and Council Communications at 5 p.m. in the 7th floor confrencing center.
