Good To Go Passes for 520 Tolls to be Sold in Issaquah, Bellevue

Renton's prime location will get most of us to the other side of the lake without 520, but for those who need it, Good to Go passes are now available.

Commuters on State Route 520 now can purchase Good To Go passes for the all-electronic tolling system scheduled to start in the spring.

The state expects to enact by spring a peak-hour toll of $3.50 each way of SR 520, which will help pay for repairs that include the replacement of the bridge span. No tollbooths will be installed. Instead, commuters will pay their tolls through a Good To Go account, or through the mail, which will carry a surcharge.

The state Department of Transportation announced storefronts in Bellevue and Seattle where commuters can purchase the transponders, which can be installed in cars and start their accounts.
