Truck vs Motorcycle Collision In Renton Ends In Fatality

A motorcyclist died this afternoon after a collision with a truck shortly before 4 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 9.

Monster Road Southwest was closed between Southwest 7th Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Way in Renton for several hours while police investigated the incident.

The motorcyclist, a man in his 40s, was unresponsive when emergency responders arrived and started administering aid. He died at the scene, and his identity has not yet been released.
