August 1, 2013

Indecent Exposure: Police arrested a man for indecent exposure after a citizen reported at about 9 a.m. he saw the man urinating near his pick up truck on the 700 block of S 2nd Street. He was reportedly on the traffic side of the truck with his back about two feet from oncoming traffic of S 2nd Street. The citizen also reported the man was also exposing himself while urinating.

Fight Over Smokes: Officers arrested a man for felony assault after responding to a report of a fight at a bus stop on the 200 block of S 7th Street at about 5:30 p.m. Witnesses reported seeing the man aggressively provoke a second man at the scene, displaying a knife. The second man reportedly grew impatient with answering police questions and left the scene, but not before telling police the confrontation started when he didn't give the suspect a cigarette when he'd asked for one.
