Police Seek Information On Missing Renton Man

Ratchhin Duong, a 32 year old Cambodian/Chinese man was last seen at 5 a.m. on February 3, 2012. Call Renton Police Department at 425-430-7500 if you have any information.

The Renton Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Ratchhin Duong, a 31 year old Cambodian/Chinese male who was last seen at 5 a.m. on February 3, 2012, in the 100 block of Hoquiam Avenue NE in Renton, WA. His vehicle was located, abandoned on I-405 on February 4th, near exit 7 (NE 44th Street).
 
Ratchhin Duong is described as a Cambodian/Chinese male, 5’ 6”, brown eyes and black hair, with a mole on his left check.  His right arm is covered in brightly colored tattoos including koi fish. Duong may be suffering from paranoia and mental illness. Photos of Mr. Duong are attached.
