Police Seek Assistance In Locating Missing Teen

The Bellevue Police Department has issued a missing-person youth-at-risk alert for a 15-year-old runaway.

Julia Mascarella, 15, approximately 5-foot-10, 150 pounds, black hair with blue highlights and brown eyes, is a repeat runaway from Bellevue who frequently visits Kent, Renton and Seattle. She was last seen by her father on Nov. 20 and was wearing a black T-shirt, black jeans and brown size 9 “Chuck Taylor” shoes. She has piercings on her nose and face.

Mascarella, who currently has a warrant by Juvenile Court listed as a child in need of services for substance abuse and at-risk behavior, possibly is with her boyfriend in Renton or Kingston.
