Oscar Stevens Dies Of Injuries From Apparent Hit-And-Run

The Renton Police Department: anyone who may have seen the collision should call 425-430-7500, and refer to Renton Police case 12-4424.

on Sunset Boulevard early Tuesday morning has died, according to the Renton Police Department.

The man, identified as Oscar Stevens, was found May 1 bleeding and unconscious on the side of the road near the intersection of NE Sunset Blvd. and Hoquiam Ave. NE.

The King County Medical Examiner’s Office will release a cause and manner of death for Stevens after an examination of his body is complete.

The Department continues to seek information from anyone who witnessed Stevens being hit. There is currently no vehicle description of the suspect’s car. To date, witnesses only saw Stevens as he was found. Renton Police ask anyone who may have seen Stevens before the collision are encouraged to call 425-430-7500, and refer to Renton Police case 12-4424.
