UPDATED: Woman Jailed After Fatally Stabbing Boyfriend

Deputies responded to the Arbor Woods Apartments just before 2 a.m. on Wednesday.

Update—Deccember 19, 5 p.m.

One man is dead and three children are without their mother following a stabbing early Wednesday morning in Skyway. 

King County Sheriff's Office Deputies responded to a gated apartment complex in the 6200 block of South 129th St. after receiving a 9-1-1 call at 1:45 a.m. from a man at the location who stated that "a person at the residence was not breathing."

An aid unit and deputies responded to the Arbor Woods Apartments and found a 31-year-old man stabbed in the chest. Medics were unable to revive the victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene.  His girlfriend was arrested and booked into the King County Jail for murder. 

Deputies found three children between 6 and 11-years-old at the home who slept through the incident. The children all belong to the suspect and were released to a family member. The victims brother was also present at the scene and was the one who called 911, according to Sgt. Cindi West.

King County Sheriff's Office deputies are investigating a fatal stabbing in Skyway this morning.

Deputies arrived at the Arbor Woods Apartments, a gated community, in the 6200 block of South 129th Street just before 2 a.m. Wednesday and found a man with a stab wound, according to KiroTV.com.

The stabbing victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Patch will post more information as it becomes available.
