Former Renton Mayor Don Custer Recalls High School Experience That Led To Career In Politics

While spending some time with members of Friends of Renton High School Wednesday to learn about an upcoming event honoring distinguished alumni - the latest round of honorees that follow the 23 honored in 2011 as part of the city centennial - Patch asked committee chair and former Renton Mayor Don Custer to share an important experience in his high school career that helped spark an interest in politics.
