Happy New Homeowners!

My clients were first time home buyers, moving from California.  With them in California, they gave me specific parameters and needs to search for appropriate properties for them.   I searched on my own,  photographing and videoing homes for them to consider.  Despite low inventory and many buyers I found them this wonderful home.  They trusted me, and they made an offer without actually seeing it!  I was able to negotiate very favorable purchase terms and the closing went smoothly.  Closing prior to the new year was a bonus.  My clients are delighted with their new house!  I am happy for them….glad my mission is complete.
