The beat continues.... and is getting stronger

As with any life changing or altering decision related to your home investment or living arrangement - knowledge is power.  

My mantra has always been to empower oneself - through observation and acquisition of knowledge and information to make the best decision - given your circumstance.  And when it comes to real estate - that mantra is even more powerful in its ability to formulate a well laid plan or to offer the best solution to a given problem.  

With that said, I hope to offer a means by which to gain a clearer perspective and assessment of the real estate market here in the Newcastle area.   

The market has made its resurgence, and it is allowing those who are looking to buy or those who are considering selling to gain some insight as to the demand and pricing which the market is currently able to sustain or demand.  Depending on the price range, there are some price points which require aggressive pursuit as a buyer.  Some properties having multiple competitive offers.  Additionally, there are price points which are still finding the equilibrium of where supply and demand can have a meeting of the minds, allowing for offers less than, but within close proximity to the asking price. The key is having an understanding of how these forces of supply and demand affect price, given the market and price range you are either looking in or potentially selling.
