Renton Youth Advocacy Center (RYAC) is holding a Car Wash on Saturday, June 2nd, at the US Bank on Benson. The event will be from 9:00 am - 1:30 pm.
RYAC is located at the Tiffany Park Building and will serves Lindbergh and Nelsen students. The main purpose is to help create a community where at-risk youth are accepted, nurtured and guided to be thriving, active and engaged members of society.
The ultimate goal is to give teens in the Cascade/Fairwood area a safe place to learn and grow. Teens will receive mentoring, tutoring and drug/alcohol awareness and education.

Currently, there is no after-school facility or activities of this type in the community.
RYAC is a non-profit organization and staffed completely by volunteers: Lindbergh staff, firefighters, medics, police officers, as well as local business owners, are on the board.
