Celebrate Spring with the Duwamish Shoreline Challenge!

Join community members and local businesses for an afternoon of

volunteering to restore the Duwamish River shoreline.

Volunteers will
remove invasive weeds, continue sheet mulching, and plant native trees

and shrubs.

Tukwila’s business community in an effort to to restore 150,000 square

feet along nearly 1.5 miles of shoreline along this ecologically and

culturally significant waterway. For more information about the Restore

What to Bring: Please dress for the weather - rain or shine. Wear
close-toed shoes, long pants and clothes that you don't mind getting
dirty. Bring a water bottle.

Tools, training and refreshments will be provided. No experience is necessary!
