New Renton Domino’s Pizza to Open With ‘Theater’ Design

KUBE 93 FM is partnering with Domino's for Saturday's grand opening celebration at its new Benson Hill neighborhood store.

Customers at the new Domino’s Pizza in southeast Renton will be able to watch their pizzas being made in a new “theater style” design that the company started rolling out last year.

A grand opening celebration is planned for Saturday, April 27, at the new store at 17160 116th Ave. S.E. in the Benson Hill neighborhood.

The new location boasts a dine-in area, hardwood floors, a chalk wall for customers to enjoy (and to see the specials) and a cold case featuring fresh-made salads, milk, cookies, cakes and other desserts.

Domino’s is partnering with KUBE 93 FM and is hosting an official Summer Jam Ticket Stop at the grand opening. The first 500 guests who show up will move through a horseshoe-shaped course and pick up envelopes at several stations, each containing a prize: movie promotional items, stickers, Domino’s deals and tickets to Summer Jam, the company said.

The grand opening will also feature carry-out order specials. Grand opening activities start at 1 p.m., with the Ticket Stop running until 3 p.m., and prize giveaways until 8 p.m.
