IKEA Continues With 'Ambush-Style' Marketing Campaign
Want free coffee? Local IKEA reps promise to 'ambush' commuters waiting for the 7:24 a.m. Sounder Train at Tacoma Station on Wednesday, Aug. 24
IKEA's employees enjoyed the so much that they've decided to sweep another station.
"We had a blast this morning," Tweeted @IKEA_Seattle about Tuesday morning's marketing effort.
Tacoma Dome Station commuters are in for a surprise as big as, well, an store.

On Wednesday morning the Sweden-based company and its employees plan to do a second Sounder Train commuter 'ambush' by handing out free coffee and reading material.
The reading material, we should say, is the store's 2012 catalogue.

WHO: IKEA employees and Sounder Train commuters
WHERE: Tacoma Dome Station located at 424 E. 25th St., Tacoma
HOW: IKEA employees, dressed in yellow shirts, will “ambush” the Tacoma Sounder Train Station at 6:50 a.m. to pass out free coffee and a copy of the new 2012 IKEA catalog to Tacoma-Seattle Sounder Train commuters.
