The Highlands Community Association is hosting the Renton Students Art Show at the Highlands Neighborhood Center. The theme is "Helping Each Other in Renton." No need to register, just show up at 11 a.m. with your themed art — paintings, photographs, sculpture, you name it. There will be free pizza, fried chicken and drinks. Prizes will go to the top three pieces in each of the three groups: elementary, middle, and high school (1st place: $100, 2nd place: $50, 3rd place: $25).
