Where To Find Spirited Halloween Displays In Renton

Do you decorate your home for the holidays? We want to feature it on Patch!

Halloween is the event that kicks off a six-month run of decoration holidays.

Pumpkins give way to Thanksgiving turkeys, then holiday wreaths, New Year's glitz, and heart shapes for . By March, some of the decorating steam has dissipated, but there’s a notable surge in green for St. Patrick’s Day and, finally chicks, bunnies and colored eggs abound for Easter.

Patch wants to share in your love of decorating, so let’s see what you’ve got. Each week from now until Halloween, we’ll post the places to see and enjoy decorations around Renton.

This week, our featured location is the home of Sheril Brown at 12336 SE 160th St. in Renton.

Now that her children are older, they help with the display and special effects, she said, adding that many of the other homes in her neighborhood are decorated for the holiday.
