KCLS is holding its annual "Read.Flip.Win Video Book Review Contest" - which is open to students in middle school, junior high school or high school.

Renton tweens and teens: Post a video book review or trailer on YouTube by July 31 and you might win a $150 gift card from the King County Library System.

The library system is holding its annual "Read.Flip.Win Video Book Review Contest" - which is open to students in middle school, junior high school or high school.

The video can be up to three minutes long and can be in the form of a book trailer, or a book review, in which you tell others why the book is so wonderful.

The trailer option lets you be creative - kind of like a movie director - and you can do something similar to a motion picture trailer.

Post the video to your YouTube account and tag it with RFWkcls2011.

Then, go to this King County Library System web site to enter.

So, what do you get, besides new information and insight from books and the experience to be creative in making your YouTube book review or trailer?

Well, the King County Library System will give a total of two $150 Best Buy gift cards to the winners, who will be announced in August. The contest runs from May 1 to July 31.

The awards will be presented on Aug. 27 at 2 p.m. at the King County Library System Service Center in Issaquah.

You can enter as many videosas you'd like but make sure each YouTube piece has its own URL address. You have to fill out one online form for each entry.
