Renton Photography Art Show in September Welcomes Submissions

Organizers for a photography exhibition slated to open Sept. 10, 2013 at the Renton History Museum are calling for submissions. 

The Renton Photography Art Show aims to showcase photos taken within the city of Renton.

The show description continues: "Be that our picturesque landscape, our beautiful parks, or the people and history that defines your image of Renton, we want to help you share your captured moment in time with the rest of the city. There will be a people’s choice award given various categories, as well as a top city choice that will be made into postcards sold at the Renton History Museum."

This is a juried show, curated by Mary Clymer.

Organizers will begin accepting submissions of work on Monday, July 8 with a final deadline of July 26. Accepted artists will be notified by email on Friday, August 9. For more information about the show prospectus and directions for submission, visit the event Facebook page (click here).
