PEPS in Renton

New Baby? Renton PEPS Newborn Group starts September 17

PEPS (Program for Early Parent Support) is currently forming a PEPS Newborn Group for families with babies between 0-6 months of age in South King County. The group will start September 17th and meet at the Renton Bright Horizons. This group will serve families in Renton, Kent, Tukwila, Maple Valley and other areas in southern King County.

In a PEPS Group, parents meet (with their babies), share, and learn from one another, building confidence in their own parenting skills and sharing resources and information. Each meeting includes time for sharing parenting highs and lows, followed by a discussion of a parenting topic. Sessions are facilitated by a trained volunteer. Meetings also include break time for informal socializing and connecting with other new parents.
